Diwakar has nearly two decades in healthcare finance, serving at Sky, Bank of America, Leaf, Group Financial and most recently at East West Bank, where he was vice president of healthcare sales. Diwakar is passionate about healthcare practice success and when not supporting deals, can be found at industry events talking about the latest trends in M&A, dental practice management and financial performance for general, DSO and specialty dental. He has his bachelor’s from The Ohio State University. Diwakar has a daughter and is an avid cyclist, hiker, and foodie.

Adin Bradley is an Executive Consultant & Fractional COO at Polaris Healthcare Partners. He is responsible for leading clients through creation and execution of robust, multi-year strategic plans. Adin also supports clients through associate equity, health practice marketing counsel, buy and sell side advisory, clinician development, growth strategies, including location growth and vertical expansion, business and legal structure development. He takes pride in seeing clients succeed as well as developing other Polaris team members, and brings to the role extensive operational experience from positions held at Fastmed Urgent Care, American Dental Partners, and Rural/Metro Corporation. He has a bachelor’s from Niagara College in Ontario and an MBA from State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a rabid Bills fan, sports fanatic and golfer. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenagers and hosting family and friends.

Christian is a Senior Associate at Polaris Healthcare Partners where he specializes in growth capital solutions, M&A advisory, and data analytics. He is accomplished at developing custom solutions to help clients achieve their business and financial goals, creatively structuring opportunities for favorable outcomes. He previously served on Deloitte’s healthcare advisory team, where he focused on partnership strategy and data analytics. He has his bachelor’s from Appalachian State University. When not supporting clients, Christian can be found outdoors, skiing in winter and biking in warmer months, or at local concerts.

Dea Duka is a Data Analyst at Polaris Healthcare Partners. Dea helps ensure that client engagements run smoothly from kickoff to completion, ensuring clients are supported with clarity and confidence by delivering visibility into the process of financial and operational modeling and data analysis. Dea also oversees communications with any other third-party project partners. Dea has her bachelor’s from University of Connecticut and is a certified Practice Accounting & Financial Specialist. When not supporting clients, Dea takes long walks, listens to music and reads.

Jamie Falasz is a cross-functional strategist and business development executive with over 30 years in the dental industry. With a background in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Oral Health Promotion, Jamie has led initiatives in DSO and private practice sales, marketing, M&A, and operations. Her unique combination of experience as a hygienist and paralegal allows her to drive growth and efficiency, focusing on operations, sales, and workflow processes.

Jamie has collaborated with dental manufacturers on go-to-market strategies and supported DSOs in optimizing workflow, product development, and supply acquisition. An entrepreneur at heart, she founded two technology startups, advising on operations, marketing, and website content.

Based in the Chicago suburbs, Jamie enjoys CrossFit, spending time with her 18-year-old son, reading, and planning travel adventures.

Kyle Carmondy is a Senior Associate, Analytics Lead with Polaris Healthcare Partners. He is responsible for data analysis, financial modeling, model review, building out and presenting data analysis to clients and third parties, and also serves as the liaison between clients and third parties during debt restructuring and sale of business. He takes pride in delivering in-depth analyses that help clients make decisions about practice improvements and equity programs, and arms clients with the necessary information to optimize market value. He previously worked at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, where he held roles in audit and transaction advisory. He is a CPA and Certified Business Healthcare Consultant. Kyle is an outdoor enthusiast and a lifelong Baltimore Ravens and Orioles fan.

Kyle Webster is a Transaction Advisory Executive at Polaris Healthcare Partners. He manages sell-side activities by building relationships with clients and buyers, managing deliverables from the D&A team, and facilitating and negotiating optimal exits for Polaris’ clients. Kyle delivers personalized solutions and is an experienced, creative problem solver for his clients, with a proven track record of successful business and financial transactions. Prior to joining Polaris, Kyle was a wholesale credit analyst focused on middle market companies for Bank of America. He holds a bachelor’s from the University of South Carolina. Kyle is an amateur guitarist and spends most weekends playing pickle ball and disc golf when not enjoying time with friends.

Mark Flock is an Executive & Partnership Consultant at Polaris Healthcare Partners. He is responsible for advising on associate and executive partnership models, buy-in models, buy-side analysis, financial mergers, and strategic consulting. Mark takes pride in creating pathways for clients to succeed, bringing together strategy and execution to drive better outcomes every day. Before joining Polaris, Mark spent a decade in banking where he managed relationships financing loans for a healthcare clients and managed a national team. He has his bachelor’s and an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton. Outside of Polaris, Mark enjoys golfing, hiking, working out and serving on the board of nonprofit focused on helping high school students become entrepreneurs and leaders.

Perrin DesPortes is a Co-Founder of Polaris Healthcare Partners. He has spent his entire professional career in dentistry. He has more than 25 years on the business side as a 4th generation family member of Thompson Dental Company, including 15 years as General Manager of Patterson Dental Supply 15 years where he ran three different business lines. Since 2017, he has applied this knowledge as a consultant, helping group dental practice owners and clinicians unlock potential and create generational wealth. He attended Washington & Lee University for undergrad and earned his MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Perrin is happily married with one daughter. In his spare time, he is an avid cyclist and tennis player, enjoys cooking and reading, and loves good red wine and strong coffee.

Dr. Vivek Solanki is a Polaris Healthcare Partners Clinical Coach, where he combines clinical expertise with a passion for mentoring dental professionals to help leaders in periodontics, implant dentistry, general and specialty group dental practices achieve high standards of care. Currently, he is the CEO and co-owner of a group of multi-specialty practices in the Greater Tampa Bay Area as well as a co-owner of dual oral surgery and periodontics-based practices in Maryland and Virginia. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Florida Dental Association. He began his academic journey with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida, followed by a D.D.S. from Howard University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Solanki completed a two-year general practice residency at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and then pursued three years of specialized training in periodontics and implant dentistry at the West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Hospital, serving as chief resident at both institutions. As an active participant in the academic community, he frequently lectures at local hygiene schools and serves as a mentor for the associate dentists and specialists in his group practices. Outside the office, Dr. Solanki enjoys photography, cooking, exercising, and traveling with his wife.

Dr. Steve Giannoutsos (Dr. Steve) is a Polaris Healthcare Partners Clinical Coach, dedicated to helping group dental practices achieve high clinical standards. He is also a Clinical Director of iSmile Orthodontics, a group orthodontics practice focused on excellence, community, and accessible care. Dr. Steve is an accomplished orthodontist and craniofacial fellow with two decades of clinical experience. Born and raised in Astoria, Queens, New York, he earned his DDS at NYU College of Dentistry and completed his orthodontic training at the same institution. He furthered his education with advanced training at the NYU School of Medicine Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. When not at the office, Dr. Steve enjoys mixed martial arts and car racing. He cherishes time with his wife and their three daughters.

Zac Williams is an Associate at Polaris Healthcare Partners. He supports clients through financial modeling and analysis, contributing to equity programs among other business and financial activities. Zac has a bachelor’s from Wingate University and his MBA with a concentration in finance from Queens University of Charlotte. He is a native Australian and spends time outside of work with his wife.
